How to Insert a Paragraph Sign in a Word Document

    • 1). Click "Start," then "All Programs," then the "Microsoft Office" folder and finally "Microsoft Word."

    • 2). Click the "Insert" tab, select "Symbol" from the "Symbols" section and then click "More Symbols."

    • 3). Click the "Special Characters" tab and select "¶ Paragraph" from the list.

    • 4). Click "Insert" and then click "Close" to insert a paragraph sign.
