Do you believe in Synchronicity? Following on from Techniques for Developing a Positive Mental Attitude, I had to give you all an update.
In the article I advised that I no longer watched the news on TV but did view it as writing on my laptop.
This way you can read without the emotional embellishment that the Reporters add to their scripts.
After I mentioned this way of thinking to a friend he thought the same and said if you were meant to hear any news it would come to you at the right time.
The very next day I logged into my BT Yahoo site and it had all changed.
The sites that I had on there to give me news had disappeared! Instead of the BBC news and my local Newspaper pages it was now blank.
After a few minutes of trying to get them back on again I sat back for a moment and then had a light bulb moment.
A higher source had decided I did not need to see any news at all at this moment in time.
Since then the only time I catch any news is if I switch on the radio and it accidentally comes on.
I immediately change channel so I do not have my positive mental attitude decreased.
I find even listening to a few seconds saddens me as it's usually bad news.
I did have a couple of days of wanting my fix but this has now gone and I am amazed how much lighter I feel now.
The most amazing thing that I have found recently is many more people are thinking the same way in wanting to stay positive and not be pulled down by negative news.
I spoke to someone yesterday who said he has not seen or heard the news in years.
It's as if a shift is taking place.
In actual fact I have been finding a lot more sites that I am being drawn to that are full of good news stories and people who are into Paying It Forward.

I have now had 1 month without seeing any news.
I feel great and I have surrounded myself with others who also have Positive Mental Attitudes.
This has not come about by chance.
I do not go out looking for others but they have all come into my life in different ways.
If you have not yet started on this journey why not start today? I promise it will make an amazing difference to your life.
Don't allow yourself to get dragged down by all the things going wrong around you.
Look instead for the positive in everything.
I went for a walk today in my local park.
It had been raining and was trying to start again.
Was I unhappy at this? No-instead I breathed in the smell of freshly cut grass and noticed the spring flowers growing through the ground and covering the park with such beautiful colours.
You too just need to take time out with nature to see this.
I recently spoke to a client that I had trained in Reiki.
He has ADHD and used to feel anxious all the time.
He has now replaced this feeling with being positive and advised me he is spending a lot of time in the countryside.
I am pleased that the Reiki as well as the Positive thinking is helping him too.
To enter this way of thinking you need to allow your mind to be in the moment and saviour each experience that comes your way.
Let go of any resentment from the past.
See what positive things can be learnt from all that is put in your path each day.
Always change a negative experience into a positive one.
Spend more time with Nature which will allow the feelings of calm to appear and stress to disappear.
For your health and wellbeing doing the above will help to not only develop a Positive Mental Attitude but to also give you a new lease of life..
Life is here to be enjoyed - not endured.
