How to Troubleshoot a Windows Media Player Registry Problem
- 1). Open your Internet browser and navigate to the Windows Media Player download site. The link is provided in "Resources" at the bottom of the page.
- 2). Click the "Download" link. A prompt will load, asking if you are sure you want to download the program. Click "Yes" and Windows Media Player will begin to download on your computer.
- 3). Double-click the downloaded file to load the installation wizard.
