Procrastination has no limit to excuses.
Procrastination has many side effects and it is really important to understand why you procrastinate.
When you procrastinate it is really about coping with your emotions that you are in, it can be physical or mental.
Making excuses is only a temporary way out for you, be careful, it usually catches up with you.
If you procrastinate you may have noticed these side effects in your life.
It robs you of your time and you feel miserable with prolonging the inevitable.
There may be very serious consequences in putting off the task.
Emotions are affected; you feel exhausted, hopeless and even become depressed.
