4 Causes Of Panic Attacks

Do you know why you had a panic attack? Here is a list of 4 major causes of panic attacks.
1.
Hot Weather When it's extremely hot outside, as it was in the south during the summer of 2010, your body has to work harder to keep your body cool.
One of the results is that your heart will tend to beat faster during this time.
In the past, I've actually had at least one panic attack that was partially caused by the fact that I had become too hot from being outside.
Be sure that you don't spend too long in the heat, especially if you're engaging in a lot of physical activity.
2.
Shocking News Every once and a while, we all get bad news that can be very upsetting.
While we can't always know what this will do to our emotions, we can get a handle of what it's doing to our bodies.
The key here is to not let it overwhelm you.
It is possible to absorb shock without letting it send you out of control.
3.
Too Much Excitement Too much of even good things can be bad for you! Excitement causes stress on your body, and of course, too much stress can lead to things such as panic attacks, hyperventilation, etc.
I've found also that sleep can have a lot to do with it.
If you've gotten 3 hours of sleep, it's probably not a good decision to go out and exert yourself as this will just add to the stress your body is already under.
4.
Too Much Sugar This can go hand in glove with too much excitement.
Sugar is a stimulant, and you need to always be cautious when you're stimulating your body.
If you've had a lot of anxiety, worry, stress, or excitement, these things can all be stimulants, and the last thing you want to do in this case is stimulate your body even further.
This is especially true with energy drinks.
