Baby Pictures

• For this game, guests are asked to bring a baby pictures of themselves to the party. The photos are arranged on a board with a number on it. Everyone is given paper and a pencil to write down who they think each baby picture belongs to. No more than two minutes should be allowed for everyone to write their answers down. The person with the most matches correct wins.
  
  

Bottle Suckers

• One game that gets very competitive among the men at the party is a baby bottle sucking competition. Bottles can be filled with milk, juice or even beer. When you say go, the guests must guzzle down the beverage as fast as they can. The first person to finish wins. This game can be played in pairs as well with couples having to get two bottles down to win. Make the game difficult and more humorous by using bottle nipples with very small holes.
  
  

Guess the Baby Food

• For this game, the women and the men can be divided up into two teams. One at a time, two team members are to come up to a table blindfolded with several jars of baby food. Each person is fed a spoonful of a mystery baby food and must try to guess what it is. One point goes to each team when someone gets it right. The team with the most points after everyone has had a turn wins.
  
  

Name That Baby Tune

• For this game, a mix of songs with the word baby in the title is burned onto a CD. At the party, guests are given paper and a pencil. Five seconds of a song is played and guests have to write down what song they think it is. You can play the short clip twice, but then move on. The guest with the most correct answers wins.
  
  

Don't Say "Baby"

• This classic game has all the guests scheming to steal each other's pins. Upon arrival at the party, each guest is given three clothespins or diaper pins to wear on their shirt and are instructed not to say the word "baby." Anyone that hears the person say "baby" can steal one pin from the person. The goal is try to get other people to say the word "baby" to get their pins. The person who has the most pins at the end of the shower or when you call the game over wins a special prize.
