- 1). Cut a 4-inch triangle from the black felt. Cut a 2-inch triangle from the pink felt. Glue the pink triangle on top of the black triangle, so it looks like a cat's ear. Glue this to the pink plastic hairband where a cat's left ear would be.
- 2). Repeat Step 1 to make a right ear.
- 3). Stuff the black stocking with cotton wool, then sew the open end together. Sew it to the back your pink dress, where the bottom of your back will be when you wear it.
- 4). Wear your pink dress with the pink petticoat underneath. Put on your boots and gloves. Wear one pink garter on your left thigh and the other two on each of your upper arms.
- 5). Put on your pink wig and tuck all your hair underneath. Put the cat's ears headband on. Tie a bow around your tail with the pink hair ribbon.
- 6). Line your eyes with a thick layer of black eyeliner, then apply mascara. Paint your lips pink with lipstick.
