  Located just outside of Aquadilla, Puerto Rico, Ramey Air Force Base is a former U.S. base that's now a civilian airfield. The base still retains active-duty personel on-site and is used as a runway for U.S. armed forces planes. Situated just outside of Aquadilla, the base is just minutes from the beachfront of the country's northwestern side.
