Right Attitude Makes Strides Towards An Improved Body!

I'm sure you know that to make it and be a success at whatever you're working on, you need to have a right attitude with the right mindset in place.
That is the first and most important ingredient - yes, you need a plan, yes you need a road map, yes you need to visualize, yes you need a workout and eating plan, yes, yes, yes - but here's the but to get to second base, you have to begin at first base, so let's move there.
What is it going to take to get from here to there? It is all in your head, those thoughts, what you see when you look in the mirror, what you are giving your ears to, what you believe about you.
If you talk and listen to trash guess what will be the end result? Here are a few simple steps to get you started in the right direction to experience the changes you long for in the area of living a healthier, fitter, contented life.
To obtain the right attitude about reaching your fitness goal, you need to clean out your closet/mind of all the things you've fed it in the past.
Bad ideas of quick fixes, bad self talk that derails your progress, negative words spoken to you directly and indirectly from others, bad information that you've tried from books etc.
Go and cleanse your mind; no don't put it on the back burner, burn them! You do this by making the decision that you are about to take control of your health and do it right! Why hold onto things that serves you no beneficial purpose or brings you joy and peace? Why keep being robbed of something you can actually attain to? After your mind cleanse your closet is obviously empty, you need to fill it - this time however, you're going to stock your closet with what you desire - no junk in the trunk! The very first thing you need to do is look at yourself in the mirror and accept you for who you are - love the skin you're in, embrace you and release yourself from all those disappointments of not making it.
We're always tougher on oursleves, so it is time to give self some well deserved love, stop the self neglect.
The next thing is to find a picture of someone whose body frame is liken to yours and cut out that picture, replace the face with yours and tape it somewhere where you can see it every day! So, every day you're going to look at yourself in the mirror and embrace you, and say "I love me, all of me" then look at that picture of your projected image.
What you will notice as you practice these steps are - your mindset will begin to change and produce new, fresh living, encouraging thoughts.
Thus, your self esteem will begin to grow stronger.
What happens when your mind-set is right, and your self esteem is strengthened?You begin to visualise the impossible as possible, attainable, doable and besides that, you will see yourself...

Acting as if - seeing yourself at the size you desire and wearing the clothes you desire, and doing the things you desire.
You will find that the reason why you never accomplished some of your goals wasn't because what you had didn't work - it was all about your attitude.
You have to believe in yourself, you have to believe that you can do it! Once your have the right mindset in place you will be better equip with fresh living, doable ideas, and on your way towards an improved body.
