Also, below that are some tips to help ensure you have a wonderful vacation.
Top Vacation Ideas **Beach vacations.
Of course this comes to mind for anyone who owns a Florida vacation site.
I love the beach, the sand, the ocean, the breeze, the smells, the fishing, the golf, the relaxation, the bodies in swimsuits, and all that a beach vacation offers.
Imagine sipping cocktails on the beach as you welcome the sun and sea.
**I have learned that not everyone loves the beach, so my next suggestion would something like camping and wilderness adventures.
Although during certain months, it gets either very hot or very cold, finding the right park, destination, or time of year will allow for perfect weather during the day and night.
Get back to nature and enjoy the outdoors, hiking, fishing, grilling out, etc.
Or, you can do like many campers do today and travel in luxury in their RV's.
**Weekend getaways.
This can include the above, but also what about a romantic weekend in a cabin by a lake, a spa and pamper vacation, a golfing excursion, a couple days in a state park, a couple days of adventure at a nearby theme park, and others.
We spent a weekend at Cedar Point in Ohio one weekend where we enjoyed the theme park, one of the Michigan Lakes, and much more.
**Foreign Country travel.
Perhaps you are sick of your localities or native country or just want to explore new territories.
Get your passports, airline tickets, and discover the amazing landscapes and histories of foreign lands.
**Drive until you drop.
Pack up the car and wallet with a few bucks and just go! These are the best vacations out there.
Stop wherever, eat wherever, see the sights, and have some fun.
**Guided tours, weekend cruises and more.
Pick a great spot and learn from the pros as they take you around the area.
For instance, we went to Nashville, TN once to explore the living history of country music and this amazing town.
What a blast we had.
If you live near water you could hop on a boat and go sailing or cruising.
Stay on the waters for a few days, but make sure your sea legs are steady.
**Theme trips.
Again going back to specifics, you could hunt, fish, ski, surf, spa, romance, and others.
Whatever you love to do when you're not working is the key to these vacations.
These are the things that you would do for work if you could or do everyday if you had the funding.
This is where we stop but where you should not.
Your imagination, wishes, enjoyment, and desires will take you to places and vacation ideas you've never known!! Some tips are to plan, have fun planning, be sure to budget accordingly, do your homework for deals, read reviews, and bottom line forget about work and stress!
