People who are prone to worry excessively most of the time are likely to develop anxiety disorder which leads to such situation in which you'll 'Panic'.
Panic attacks can happen any time and you may not be aware of it.
In many instances you may attribute it to some other physical ailment.
It is therefore important that you should be aware of the signs of a panic attack.
The symptoms of a panic attack can be varied, but the following three are the most common amongst them.
Firstly, you will be short of breath, which you may very well interpret as an impending heart attack.
Secondly, you may start feeling disoriented.
You may feel that you are outside the situation watching everything in slow motion that it is not really happening to you.
And, of course, the third symptom will be the sensation of worry.
You will physically feel unsteady, unable to balance yourself on your feet and reach out for support.
The best way to control such situation is to start taking deep breathes Breathe in deeply and breathe out slowly.
If you have a support at hand get hold of it or simply just sit down to lower your center of gravity so that you do not topple over.
And if you need help never be shy to ask for help.
Panic attacks results from anxiety and it can happen to anyone at any time unexpectedly.
You should therefore pay attention and tick off any subtle signs that lead to a panic attack and seek professional help to find a solution to your problem.
