Pork chops are seared then baked with a delicious marmalade glaze mixture. Serve these chops with a rice pilaf or a potato dish for a tasty everyday dinner.

Pork Chops with Orange Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or olive oil cooking spray
  • 4 to 6 pork chops
  • spicy seasoning blend for pork or chicken, or salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons marmalade
  • 1 tablespoons white wine vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 70 minutes


  • Total Time: 80 minutes


Preparation

Heat oven to 325°. Lightly grease a 2-quart shallow baking dish.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Wash pork chops and pat dry. Season with the seasoning blend and brown in the hot skillet for about 4 minutes on each side.

Transfer pork chops to the baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients and stir to blend. Pour over the chops. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour.

Remove the foil and bake for 10 minutes longer.
Serves 4.
