Trim Stomach Fat - Why on Earth Don"t Diets Work Or Do They?
You have certainly heard it said that diets to trim stomach fat or weight in general do not work.
I cannot substantiate the claims that diets do not work but I can tell you why people say they do not work.
It is pretty easy to say that a diet does not work when you have been a failure at a particular diet.
But the simple facts are that diets do not work because the dieter does not religiously follow the diet, for whatever reason.
Now you should not beat yourself up if you have not followed a diet and you could not trim stomach fat, because you probably would have followed the diet had it met your lifestyle, or would you have? One large problem with most diets is that they of course cause you to focus on food and when food is constantly on your mind it naturally makes you hungrier.
If you have great self-control you will not give into your hunger.
If your diet supplements you sufficiently with vitamins and mineral nutrition giving your body sufficient energy for its needs you may not have excessively high hunger feeling.
It seems that most diets are primed to cause you failure because when you begin a diet the very first thing you have to do is deal with hunger before you can actually trim stomach fat.
For many that hunger is way too much to handle and the dieter gives in to hunger and gives up on their diet.
It is unfortunate indeed, but when you give in to hunger and start to eat the way that got you overweight in the first place, you will put the weight back on and probably at a faster rate than how you got this way initially.
You may have spent years getting fat and if you revert back to the old bad habits the weight may come back to you in mere weeks leaving you disappointed and discouraged.
Then starting another diet is unlikely and your comments about a diet will be that it does not work.
