Certified Criminal Record Summary

• 1). Purchase either a money order or a certified check good for $5, made payable to "Criminal Court Clerk."
  
  
• 2). Prepare a written request for a certified criminal record summary. Include your name, birth date and, if applicable, a warrant number, ticket number or criminal case number. You will not need to prepare this letter if you are planning on making the request in person, although having this information on hand will still be helpful.
  
  
• 3). Mail your written letter of request, your $5 certified check or money order and a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

  If you are planning to request your record in person, visit the same address with your $5 money order of certified check between Monday and Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and speak with a clerk.
  
  

Viewing Records Online

• 1). Go to the Criminal Court clerk's Search Public Case Information website.
  
  
• 2). Type your personal information into one of the search fields. Although you may search for your records using as little as your first and last name, entering your date of birth will help narrow down the search. You may search by warrant or ticket number or by criminal case number, but searching by name and birth date is the best way to view your entire record.
  
  
• 3). Click the "Go" button below the information that you have just entered. This will begin the search.
  
  
• 4). Select your name from the list of search results. On the following page, click the red "Click Here for Full Report" link at the top of the page to view your full arrest and criminal record.
