The hotels come with a range of services and are in a variety of locations giving visitors plenty of options. It is easy to get around Amsterdam on foot so pets can accompany you on some of your daily excursions.

• The Bilderberg is a five-star hotel that allows pets to stay in the room for a fee. Pets are not allowed in the restaurants. In addition to being pet-friendly the hotel offers services like an in-house restaurant, De Kersentuin. De Kersentuin serves traditional dishes like slow-cooked beef tail and plaice, a type of fish fried and served with truffle flakes, mushrooms, beet root and a lime sauce. The hotel has Wi-Fi and meeting rooms available. The 124 rooms are spacious and come with en-suite bathrooms, coffee stations and extra luxuries like housecoats and slippers. There is shopping and other tourist attractions close by as well. The hotel is centrally located but is also in a quieter neighborhood.

• The Holiday Inn is a four-star, pet-friendly hotel. Pets are allowed for a fee but required to be on a leash when they are in public areas. The 264 rooms include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a work desk, coffee station and mini bar. A business center, fitness center and laundry service are available for guests. The in-house restaurant serves American-style food with a breakfast buffet and has an attached bar. Kids eat for free.
