How To Treat Hair Loss At Home
Natural aging process, wrong hair styling, constant use of harmful and unsuitable hair products, imbalanced diet leading to deficiency of nutritious elements, wrong sleeping and eating habits, are some of the common causes of hair loss. When I first started losing my hair many years ago, the use of natural remedies were the last thing on my mind in order to try and stop this horrible problem I faced.
1. Neem leaves is another hair loss treatment and is a very popular home remedy. All one has to do to promote hair growth and end dandruff trouble is to rinse hair using decoction of neem leaves.
2. Cinnamon powder seems to stimulate the follicles and allow more blood to pass through to them. This results in a high amount of nutrients reaching your roots for added growth. Simply heating a cup of olive oil and adding a tablespoonful of cinnamon powder provides enough power to restore your hair. Just massage them into your scalp, allow them to sit their for about 30 minutes, then wash them away.
