We live in an era where everything changed very quickly.
Several jobs could be very important and several famous jobs could be "nothing" in the future.
It's something we must face in this digital era.
Same to jobs, our body also can change very quickly.
We can eat everything if we want to, and don't forget, so many foods out there are trying their best to tempt us.
And in the end, we will get fat and we trying to get shape.
Nutrition is becoming more and more important every day and many people realized they need nutrition to help them stay fit.
But like I told you before, the quick change in our world affected our daily activities.
We forced to get work again and again if we want to stay in "comfort zone".
So in the end we even don't have enough time to eat and then we chose to eat fast foods and other foods in common.
This situation created pill vitamins, tablets, etc.
We often eat vitamins in pill just because we don't have time to eat fruits and vegetables.
Actually, we always have time.
No wonder we can see cancer and all diseases are spreading fast among people in recent years.
We are stressful because of our works, because of traffic, because of pollution, etc.
but in return, we couldn't get enough nutrition from our foods.
We even only care about how to make our stomach stop cravings, nothing else.
If we want to stay healthy in our life and far from diseases, we need to set standard for our foods.
Maybe we need 7-10 vegetables also 5-10 fruits daily.
We maybe also need waters 9 glasses daily.
It is important to set standard for your own.
The above example is for anyone who really wants to stay healthy because it's absolutely important for all of us.
However, every person is different so what you eat to stay healthy every day is probably different from others.
Many type of cooking could delete nutrition and vitamins in foods.
Sometimes we thought one kind of food is healthy but the fact is the otherwise.
The reason is simple, cooking.
So in most times we need vitamin pills and other kind of vitamin (or mineral) in tablet or pill form.
But again, I must remind you, not all people must have vitamin pills in their home to stay healthy.
For some people, exercising and eating vegetables are more than enough because everyone is different.
Remember, your habit in sleeping also affected your body.
So it's important to be aware of everything, especially foods and our activities.
