How to Make Gluten-Free Meatloaf
- 1). Combine all ingredients, except the tomato sauce. Mix and shape them into a loaf.
- 2). Mix the brown sugar and egg into the steak sauce.
- 3). Mix the bread crumbs into the meat.
- 4). Combine the meat and bread crumb mixture with the steak sauce, egg and brown sugar mixture.
- 5). Shape the mixture into a loaf.
- 6). Put the loaf into the pan, and pour the tomato sauce on top.
- 7). Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
- 8). Cut into the center of the meatloaf after an hour to make sure it is fully cooked. If it is not, cook another five to 10 minutes.
