Hey, everyone, this is Jacques Laventure, your fitness expert, and I'm at studio 805 in downtown Los Angeles, and I'm going to show you the most effective exercises that will target the pectoral muscles. So to target the pectoral muscles what we're going to do is we're going to do an incline but also you're going to alternate arms as we do the press okay? And you're going to do one arm at a time in an isometric hold. So you're going to come down, squeeze those chest and the isometrics those are really really crucial and effective when you are holding it. So let's slow the tempo down, more muscle recruitment. So we can do a neutral group as well. Feel those pectorals burn, let's keep that natural arch, good job.
