A fruit and vegetable detox diet plan can help you improve your health and lose weight fast.
But for many folks it is a lesson in frustration and failure because they don't do it right and then they give up before they see the great results.
I did this diet for 2 weeks and lost over 13 pounds.
Here are a few tips that helped me complete the diet with success.

Make sure you have LOTS of fresh, organic and in season fruits and vegetables.
Go to the store and stock up on all the ones that are allowed on your particular detox.
You want to have plenty of your "allowed" foods available and easy to prepare.
The detox diet I followed was pretty lenient which made it easier to follow.

Get all the "bad" foods out of your kitchen Bad foods are ones that are NOT allowed on your plan.
These foods cannot pass your lips for the next two weeks, so why have unnecessary temptation hounding you.
It is hard enough to stay on track, you don't need junk food calling your name at night from the pantry.
3.
Tell a friend what you are doing.
In fact, if you can get your friend to do the detox with you that is even better.
You can hold each other accountable and provide moral support.
14 days will fly by and you will feel so much better if you follow these tips and do your plan.
You can easily reap the fast weight loss results of a healthy fruit and vegetable detox diet.
