So the main part should always be of at least from twenty to forty minutes, depending on how much you can take it.
I know it must be sounding extremely easy to you right now, but trust me, it is certainly not.
The secret is to just keep on pushing yourself for more as if you are satisfied with what you are doing, your progress will just end there.
Try and do something that will take your breath away completely and will leave you out of breath as you really can't aim for quick fat loss if you are opting for all those light exercises.
You could do a lot of things that will give you the desired results, just have to think about it and decide what suits best to you.
You should do each of these workouts at least five to six times a week and try and do different exercises after every other week as if your body gets too used to one sort of exercise, they will not remain very effective.
Always keep your body in a state of constant confusion in order for you to lose weight quickly as in this way your body won't be able to adapt to any changes at all.
