There's a world of a difference if you pay attention and look for "whole wheat grains" as opposed to "whole wheat bread" or "whole wheat flour". World of a difference.

So you are standing in the bread aisle at the grocery store, and you're thinking of getting the most healthiest out of all the choices you see. There's "7 Grain", "12 Grain", Multi-grain and Whole Grain Wheat sitting right in front of you.

Excitedly, you go for the 12 Grain, because 12 Grain sounds so much more grain-ful then a 7 Grain or a multi-grain. But, you keep in mind the tips I give you and you turn the bag over on its side. You peruse the ingredients list. And there are no grains listed. There's enriched wheat flour. But there's no whole wheat grains. And corn syrup.
