One24 Review: Can You Have Success With One24 and It"s Crazy Compensation Plan?
One24 is an MLM company that began marketing in August of 2010.
Mark Seyforth and his partner Joe Perry used to own a company called Seyforth Labarotories in the early 80's.
They supplied the products to their friend and former distributor's company, the famous Herbalife.
Product NatraBurst is One24's first product.
It's a "super food blend" that contains six servings of fruits and vegetables with high ORAC (anti-oxidant) scores.
It does everything that a good health product should do.
It supports lean muscle mass, improves digestion, reduces appetite, strengthens immunity, slows down the aging process, increases energy, and all that other good stuff.
Compensation Plan One24's "revolutionary" compensation plan is called IRP, which stands for "Incentivized Referral Plan.
" Mark was sick in his bedroom counting dots on his ceiling when he has the idea that he believes is a disruption to the industry.
There are 4 main points to this plan: 1) When you first express interest in joining the company you are placed on a waiting list.
You become a preferred customer when you are taken off the waiting list.
2) You don't need to pay for replicated websites or membership fees and you only need to buy one product each month.
3)Every product you buy will actually save you more than you spend.
4)The company pays out 50% of all it's revenues.
The company's owner says that this company is different because you can make it work by spending only one hour a week working your business.
So he's saying that this business will not take up very much of your time at all.

One24's compensation structure is based on silver and green "PC's.
" Green PC's are more profitable for you, but you are only able to place one of them underneath you each month.
The interesting thing about this program is that you get paid in company pools the first four months you are in the business.
When the four months are up, you no longer receive that income stream, but you do get paid on those that are underneath you.
There is also a platinum bonus pool that rewards those who are putting one person below them each month.
I must say that the compensation plan is pretty interesting when you compare it to most other plans out there.
It definitely seems like an easier way for an average person to meet their financial goals.
But the way it will REALLY work is definitely going to be up to you, or anyone who decides to join.
The Gold Rush The gold rush has to do with the 24 green tickets that are given to each distributor (one per month).
You can make up to a hundred dollars for each green ticket if you DON'T use them and instead give them away to someone above you.
So theoretically, you can make up to $2400 a month for doing nothing but giving away your green tickets to "movers and shakers.
" This allows those who are determined to make a lot of money and lets everyone else make enough to stay on auto-ship.
Training The training that Mark gives you is 30 seconds long.
It consists of handing out a business card and telling people to go to your website.
If they like what they see, they can put themselves on your waiting list.
I've got to admit, it sounds pretty easy.
It seems to take away rejection from the marketer and place it on the prospect.
This sounds good, but do you think people are really going to wait around for your call, drooling to be taken off of your waiting list so they can have the opportunity to spend money? Is One24 Legit? The owners of this company definitely seem to be experienced.
They are very well respected in this industry.
I like how the business is set up to let new people make money immediately, even if they're not bringing in new people.
I also think that the company has implemented a good "fear of loss" marketing strategy.
I think the company's training is both good and bad.
I like that the training is simple and duplicatable.
What I don't like is that they are not offering any advanced training for people who want to take it a step further and learn how to reach millions of people quickly and easily.
