Indian Headband Instructions
- 1). Cut out a rectangular strip from card stock paper that measures 2 inches wide by 24 inches long.
- 2). Lay the rectangular strip flat on a table top. Position the strip so that it is horizontal in front of you.
- 3). Squeeze an 8-inch-long line of tacky glue across the middle of the strip.
- 4). Press colorful feathers onto the tacky glue on the strip. Position the feathers so that the quills are touching the glue and the fluffy portion of the feathers are sticking up vertically. Allow the glue to dry for 20 minutes.
- 5). Add decorations to the remaining strip using markers. Ideas for decorations include spirals, swirls or animal pictures.
- 6). Wrap the strip around your head and mark the area where the ends of the strip overlap.
- 7). Tape the ends of the strip together at the point you marked using masking tape. You can now wear the Indian headband.
