Or is it one more way of taking your hard earned money? How do you find out what actually works and what is hype? When searching the internet you can find many sites that talk about leg cramp cures.
A lot of them are inexpensive and harmless to try.

If you do them all at once, you won't necessarily know which is the one that's helping.
