If an advertisement starts off by saying they are exposing a scam, and then at the end of the ad, they list a group of websites that they claim is in the top 10, you need to be very suspicious. A lot of times, these operators will use the popularity of a particular website in order to get noticed. In other words to get you to click on their ad. Their ad's headline might say something like, Is "Program A" a scam?" In this example, they're using Program A's popularity to get your attention, then at the end, they'll tell you about their top websites.
