Have you ever considered working at Buckingham Palace or St James' Palace? Well, if you hurry and don't mind the unglamorous position, you can still get a crack at an invite for the Royal Wedding by applying for one of the vacancies for General Assistant (Wash-up).
Not only that, you get paid £14,200 a year into the bargain.
In fact, the Royal Household is a significant employer having around 1,200 staff of which 750 are funded from the royal coffers and the other 450 by the British taxpayer.

Jobs are split between the Royal Household's five departments - these being: The Royal Collection This was formed in 1987 to manage the public opening of the Queen's official residences and the London residence of the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall.
The Royal Collection's Department also oversees the Royal Art Collection.
The Lord Chamberlain's Office This department deals with all aspects of ceremonial events including those performed by The Queen and also visiting Heads of State.
For example, the forthcoming Royal Wedding is being organised by the Lord Chamberlain's Office.
The Privy Purse and Treasurer's Office As its name suggests, this department controls and monitors all aspects of public funding and expenditure.
It also incorporates IT Provision, Personnel, Audit and Property sections.
The Master of the Household This is the biggest of the Household's Departments being made up of over 250 members of staff.
It deals with all aspects of hospitality, catering and housekeeping both for official and private functions.
There are two branches - F (for 'Food') Branch which cooks and serves food for the Royal Family and staff and G (for 'General') Branch which covers a massive range of services from meeting and greeting guests to flower arranging and wine cellar management.
The Private Secretary's Office Dating back around nearly 150 years, this department provides support services to The Queen in her capacity as Head of State.
In doing so, it is called upon to advise her on matters relating to the Constitution, Government and on general policies controlling the administration of the realm.
One of the Private Secretary's Office duties is the writing and editing of The Queen's annual Christmas speech.
If you don't want a permanent job, make a note anyway.
The State Rooms of Buckingham Palace open annually for 8 weeks in August and September and, during this time, 300 temporary staff are recruited to assist and marshal in excess of a third of a million visitors from all over the world.
More temporary employees are also engaged for similar work at Windsor Castle and Holyroodhouse Palace.
