    • 1). Click the "Start" menu, and then select "All Programs." Click the folder "Administrative Tools." Click to open "Exchange System Manager."

    • 2). Click the "plus" sign to expand "Administrative Groups." Double-click the folder dedicated to your administrative group. This folder contains sub-folders for the servers and storage groups that are authorized to access your administrative group.

    • 3). Double-click to expand "Servers." Double-click to expand the object folder dedicated to your server. Next, expand the folder dedicated to your storage group.

    • 4). Double-click to expand "Mailbox Store." Right-click "Mailboxes," and then choose "Run Cleanup Agent."

    • 5). Locate the mailbox folder with the missing PST files. Right-click it and choose "Reconnect."

    • 6). Click to choose the folder dedicated for the user account with the missing PST files. Click "OK."
