How to Install Motorola RAZR USB Software

    • 1). Navigate to Motorola's Drivers Download page (see Resources). Download the drivers titled "Motorola 4.5.0 Driver with MotoConnect" and save them onto your computer's desktop.

    • 2). Connect your Motorola RAZR to your computer using the USB data transfer cable. Plug the standard-sized end of the cable into an available USB port on your computer. Insert the "Mini" end of the cable into the right side of the RAZR.

    • 3). Wait for the "Found New Hardware" installation page to appear, and click on the tab entitled "Install from a list or specific location". Press the "Next" key at the bottom right of the screen.

    • 4). Click the "Browse" button on the right side of the screen and locate the drivers file that you previously downloaded. Double-click on the file and press "Next," and the driver installation will commence. Click "Finish," when prompted, to complete the installation. You have now successfully installed your Motorola RAZR's USB drivers.
