How Much Does Your Culture Affect Your Health?

You are bought up to believe in something, that in actual fact is not healthy at all.
You have come from a culture that was built from people doing the same thing year in year out and did not know what lay ahead in years to come.
When you were bought up as a child, living on or staying on a farm helping with all types of duties as I was.
The culture and belief in what you did and how you carried out the duty or job was in fact doing the chore the way we taught.
To be exact it was what our parents and there parents had taught them.
Our parents were not cultured to know what was going to happen in years to come.
What has been forgotten in all of this is that over time things change in the way we do and carry out our every day duties.
In the days gone by when we were young there was not as much machinery around to do the work as there is now, so physical work was seen more in the earlier days and for that, larger meals could be and would be consumed in one sitting.
We had actually built a culture around the way we did our work, it was physical work with shovels, picks, hammers etc.
These were the everyday tools that were used.
Motor vehicles although they were coming, there was not many around.
You would of course see plenty of walking, bike riding as well as horse riding.
In days gone you would never have seen an exercise machine with weights built off of it for different types of exercises, cultures change and because of that you do see a lot of these machines today in fact they are every where..
You see people with these machines in their homes, in gymnasium clubs, and of course you see them in all different types of sporting clubs.
